Shezan is a senior technology leader and systems architect with over 20 years’ experience across engineering, software, energy systems, and intelligent buildings. He combines deep technical expertise with hands-on infrastructure capability, enabling the delivery of complex, mission-critical PropTech platforms.

Shezan began his career with National Instruments, progressing from Support Engineer to Staff Engineer before becoming Technical Manager for EMEA, where he led engineering teams across multiple European markets supporting enterprise automation and control systems.
Following this, he moved into advanced robotics and AI, leading multidisciplinary teams developing intelligent, real-world automation systems. He later played a key role in building enterprise-grade energy and ESG data platforms, gaining extensive experience across smart metering, BMS integration, and portfolio-scale analytics.
Shezan subsequently founded Arc Vision, delivering end-to-end smart building systems spanning cloud architecture, IoT, cybersecurity, and electrical infrastructure, further strengthening his ability to bridge the gap between digital platforms and physical assets.
As Co-Founder and CTO of D3, Shezan leads platform development, data architecture, and the company’s IoT ecosystem, ensuring D3 delivers secure, scalable, and investment-grade technology. His work connects software, hardware, and building infrastructure to transform raw building data into actionable intelligence.
